Our Mission

To foster cultures of proactive mental health and flourishing in workplaces, households, and communities through books, training, consulting, and media engagement. We seek to establish a broad societal norm for adopting proactive mental health attitudes and behaviors and to create supportive environments for this purpose.

A Service of the Human Resources Institute, LLC

Over the past 50 years, the Human Resources Institute has helped more than 1,000 businesses, government agencies and community organizations create healthier and more productive cultures. It is our policy not to discuss client projects without written permission. We compile and publish research findings and project results. The findings and results are presented in aggregate form so that client confidentiality can be maintained. Frequently, we will work with our clients to publish information about their experiences. The following representative client list includes entities that have had direct relationships with the Human Resources Institute. We serve many more clients indirectly through intermediaries such as publishing and consulting organizations.
